Kate is the Director of Schools for a multiâ??academy trust, leading on school improvement, safeguarding, behaviour, compliance and community engagement. Kate's background includes serving as both an Executive Headteacher and a Headteacher, giving her extensive experience of school leadership and the challenges and opportunities within education.
Kate is passionate about collaboration and building strong relationships with the communities we serve. Kate's work is driven by a commitment to ensuring that every young person feels safe, supported and able to thrive in all aspects of their lives. As a governor, Kate brings strategic insight, safeguarding expertise and a strong belief in the power of partnership to improve outcomes for children.
