Our Mental Health Leads guide the vision for a whole-school approach - whether coordinating training, linking with local services, creating space for conversations about mental health, or supporting staff and students to thrive. They work across their school communities and the Trust to support our vision of emotionally healthy school communities. It’s this relational, collaborative spirit that brings our wellbeing vision to life.
