From inspiring keynote contributions to practical workshops and informal conversations between sessions, the conference created space for us to step back from the day-to-day and focus on the bigger picture — why we do what we do, and how we can do it even better.

There was a real sense of momentum throughout the day. Staff shared ideas openly, reflected honestly on practice, and explored new approaches that will shape the months ahead. Just as importantly, it was an opportunity to strengthen relationships across our schools - something that remains at the heart of Thrive.

Events like this are a reminder that improvement doesn’t happen in isolation. It happens when people come together with a shared purpose, a willingness to learn, and the confidence to try something new.
